چکیده

مسئله اصلی پژوهش تبیین کیفیت نقش آفرینی مباحث علم اصول در تحلیل آیه ‹لَا یَنَالُ عَهْدِی الظَّالِمِینَ› است. یعنی پرداختن به این سوال که: بهره گیری از مبانی علم اصول چگونه فهم از آیه ‹لَا یَنَالُ عَهْدِی الظَّالِمِینَ› را تقویت و باور پذیرتر می نماید؟ هدف از پژوهش حاضر نشان دادن لزوم بهره گیری از علم اصول در علوم دیگر مثل تفسیر، کلام، اخلاق و حدیث است که به صورت خاص در این مقاله بهره گیری از آن در علم تفسیر مورد تاکید واقع شده است امری که به علت نپرداختن پژوهش های سابق به آن ضروری می نماید. رسیدن به این هدف با بهره از روش توصیفی تحلیلی به ویژه تحلیل تعلیمی امکان پذیر است.

دستاوردهای پژوهش: باتوجه به مبانی علامه حلی در موارد زیر می توان گفت آیه "لاینال" بر عصمت امام دلالت دارد زیرا در دلالت مشتق بر معنای حقیقی لازم نیست مبدا اشتقاق باقی باشد و فعل مضارع منفی لاینال بر نرسیدن به مقام امامت در زمان حاضر و آینده دلالت می کند تطابق سوال و جواب در آیه "لاینال" و قبح تاخیر بیان از وقت حاجت، تحلیل عموم ازمانی فعل مضارع و عموم لفظی الظالمین و عموم سیاقی (قاعده حذف متعلق و دلالتش بر عموم) واطلاق واژه امام نیز اقتضا می کند فرد لایق امامت معصوم باشد.

Analyzing the role of data from the science of principles in the interpretation of verses is the main subject of the present study. In order to reach a clear conclusion and avoid generalizations, the interpretation of the verse "Lineal" from the perspective of Allameh Hilli has been considered on a case-by-case basis.The purpose of the present study is to demonstrate the necessity of utilizing the science of principles in other sciences such as exegesis, theology, ethics, and hadith. In this article, its utilization in the science of exegesis is specifically emphasized, which is necessary because previous studies have not addressed it. Achieving this goal is possible by using the descriptive-analytical method, especially educational analysis.The most important achievements of the present research are: Allameh's choice of basis and fundamental methods such as determining the meaning of the derivative (derivative literally refers to two things: an essence characterized by the origin and an essence that was previously characterized by the origin and has now lost that origin), utilizing the meaning of the linear verb, adhering to the necessity of matching the question and answer, and the ugliness of delaying expression from the time of need,necessity of matching the question and answer, and the ugliness of delaying expression from the
